Tickets can be purchased online only. The supporter services team can assist with online bookings by phone on 01273 668855 (option 1). Please note that the ticket office is only open in person on home matchdays. A full list of on-sale dates can be found by clicking here. Typically, tickets go on sale online at 9am on the day listed.

Home league match tickets are sold to MyAlbion+ members** first (some fixtures may also require a certain number of loyalty points). The club would strongly recommend purchasing a MyAlbion+ membership, which can be bought here. Subject to availability 1901 Club members and season ticket holders can then purchase guest tickets. Tickets may then go on sale to supporters with an existing purchase history or on general sale. Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner and in the case of guest tickets, the named ticket owner is responsible for the individual they pass the ticket on to.

Away league and away cup match tickets are sold in a priority order. Tickets are sold to 1901 Club members and season ticket holders with enough points, and the amount needed will go down until sold out. If any tickets remain after the seaosn ticket holder windows, tickets will then be sold to MyAlbion+ members, and finally tickets may go on sale to supporters with an existing purchase history or on general sale. Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner.

Home cup tickets are sold in a priority order. 1901 Club members automatically have home cup games included in their package. Season ticket holders will then be given a priority period to purchase tickets, then MyAlbion+ members. Tickets may then go on sale to supporters with an existing purchase history or on general sale. For very popular matches loyalty points may also be used in conjunction with a membership etc. Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner and in the case of guest tickets, the named ticket owner is responsible for the individual they pass the ticket on to.

** please note memberships take 24 hours to activate from the point of purchase and for many games 1 ticket can be purchased per member.

Home league match tickets are usually sold one per person. Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner. Occasionally, tickets will be opened to two per person, and in the case, the named ticket owner is responsible for the individual they pass the guest ticket on to.

Away league and away cup tickets are always sold as one per person. Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner.

Other tickets often vary depending on location and opposition, for example development squad fixtures are strictly one per person at the training ground, but are usually 4 per person at the American Express Community Stadium.

Home league match ticket concessions are available to over-65s, under-21s,and under-18s. There are no concessionary tickets available in the West Stand lower centre (Zone E).

Ambulant disabled and wheelchair users are offered a free personal assistant ticket when needed. Disabled supporters requiring a free personal assistant ticket need to register in advance of making a ticket purchase. To purchase tickets to some of Albion's biggest home fixtures you will need a MyAlbion+ membership and at times of peak demand you may require a certain number of loyalty points. We do this to make sure the regular fans are rewarded for their attendance.
Season ticket holders will also require loyalty points for away fixtures.

Fans can purchase only a limited number of tickets per account holder. Tickets also need to be purchased under the correct Fan Number in order to receive the relevant loyalty points. For away matches tickets are always sold one per person, and can only be used by the named ticket holder.

In order to purchase a ticket for another fan they must give you permission to do so. The easiest way to do this is via Friends & Family within your online ticketing account. It is the responsibility of the fan having the ticket purchased for them to add the fan making the purchase on to their Friends & Family list.

If you have a digital season ticket, but do not have access to your phone on matchday, you will need to purchase a £5 paper ticket reprint at the ticket office. Proof of identity must be shown at the time (photographic ID is required). A maximum of three paper tickets will be issued in any one season.

If you have a season card, but have lost or forgotten to bring it with you on matchday you have the following options:
A paper replacement ticket can be provided at a cost of £5 per ticket. Proof of identity must be shown at the time (photographic ID is required). A maximum of three paper tickets will be issued in any one season. A permanent replacement season card can be provided at a cost of £15 per card. Proof of identity must be shown at the time (photographic ID is required) and a form will need to be signed by the card owner. A maximum of one card replacement will be issued in any one season.

Season tickets, Memberships and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Home match ticket purchasers are entitled to a refund for the cost of a match ticket in the event a game is rescheduled after the ticket has been purchased. In order to obtain a refund, a request for a refund must be made in writing to supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com within seven days of the rescheduling announcement (which shall be made on the club website) provided this is still more than seven days before the rescheduled date. Tickets that include hospitality are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Away match ticket purchasers are entitled to a refund for the cost of a match ticket in the event a game is rescheduled after the ticket has been purchased. In order to obtain a refund, a request for a refund must be made in writing to supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com within seven days of the rescheduling announcement (which shall be made on the club website) provided this is still more than seven days before the rescheduled date. In all cases the original tickets will need to be returned to the Albion ticket office within the seven days stated above, in order for a refund to be processed.

If you are transferring your season ticket to a guest who is of a different OR higher value age band, you will be charged an upgrade fee in order for the guest to enter the ground. All upgrades will be charged at the price of the match ticket minus the pro-rata value of the season ticket, rounded up to the nearest £. Click here for a guide to upgrading your ticket online. NB Any guest attempting entry on a concession ticket to which they are not entitled will be charged a further £10 cost on top of any upgrade cost and may be refused entry.

Our season ticket sharing scheme allows you to share your ticket with a MyAlbion+ Member. You can share once per season for free, after that you can pay a fee each time, or pay a feee that will allow you to share as many times as you like throughout the season. Season ticket holders who cannot attend a home league match can list their seat on the season ticket exchange. In the event the ticket sells a pro rata refund (minus a £1 fee) will be credited to the nominated bank account. Please note that the ticket exchange will only open once a home game has sold out

There are very strict rules around ticket purchase within the UK. Official tickets are ONLY sold via Brighton & Hove Albion FC, however there are many other websites offering tickets for sale and these are all being sold by illegal means.
