To list your seat on the ticket exchange, make sure you are logged in to the correct MyAlbion Digital account first.
Once logged in, click the button below.

RESELL MY SEAT

How do I list my seat?

Before proceeding, you must login to your online ticketing account.

  1. 1. Click RESELL MY SEAT to see any games currently on sale where you may list your ticket for exchange (please note you may only list your own seat, so each supporter must log in to their own account to list their ticket)
  2. 2. If you do not see a prompt, this means that you are logged in, or you do not have any tickets eligible for the exchange. You can check the tickets in your account here.
  3. 3. Tick the match or matches that you would like to list on the exchange, and click 'OK':


  4. 4. Click 'Add Payment Details' to enter your bank details. If you have already previously entered details simply select the account from the drop-down menu.:


  5. 5. If adding new details, please enter the account number and sort code, using numbers only. Give your account a name, so that you can identify it in the drop-down list next time:


  6. 6. Click OK to confirm the listing


  7. 7. Once the match reaches sell out, any tickets listed on the exchange will be made available to supporters with the credentials to purchase tickets (please note 1901 seats will be released once the 1901 seating has sold out)

  8. 8. You can cancel your listing as long as the seat has not sold by clicking ‘Cancel resale request’. (If the ticket has sold sold this cannot be reversed)


  9. If the seat sells, you will receive the amount paid for the ticket minus a £1 administration fee. The refund will be processed by bank transfer after the match and may take 5 working days to appear in your account. If your ticket has sold you will receive an email notification within a few days of the game.
  10. Supporters are advised that they will NOT be notified if the ticket does not sell.
  11. Tickets listed on the ticket exchange will be sold at adult ticket price. Disabled supporters seated with a personal assistant should note both tickets must be listed together for sale.




Why should I list my seat?


With virtually every game in the Premier League selling out, the demand for tickets has never been higher. The ticket exchange allows ticket holders to list their tickets for sale for any matches they are unable to attend and receive a refund in to their nominated bank account.

Once the seat sells, you will get the amount you paid for the ticket minus a £1 administration fee. Refunds will be processed by bank transfer up to 5 working days after the game has been played and those supporters who successfully sell their tickets will be emailed and advised a refund has been processed.

Example:
• If you paid £570 for your season ticket, when you list your seat on the Ticket Exchange and it sells, you get 1/19th of your season ticket minus a £1 administration fee. In this example £570 / 19 = £30, therefore you would get £29 in return.
• If you paid £380 for your half season ticket, when you list your seat on the Ticket Exchange and it sells, you get 1/10th of your half season ticket minus a £1 administration fee so. In this example £380 / 10 = £38, therefore you would get £37 in return.
• If you paid £45 for a match ticket, when you list your seat on the Ticket Exchange and it sells, you get the match ticket price minus a £1 administration fee. In this example you would get £44 in return.

Remember that the Albion Ticket Exchange is the only place you can list tickets for resale. The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Ticket is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. Additionally, any supporter found attempting to sell or transfer their tickets by any means not authorised by the club will be subject to a Stadium Ban.
