Stadium Access 2021/22

We have now installed new readers at our turnstiles to enable tickets to be scanned directly from mobile phones. Tickets loaded to mobile phones were successfully trialled at a handful of events over the last 12 months. Supporters will enter the stadium using the ticket that will be stored on their mobile phone in Google/Apple wallet. Children's tickets can be stored on their parent/guardian's phone, as long as they arrive at the stadium and access the turnstiles together.

This change has been made in line with government advice to reduce physical touchpoints, reduce the passing on of tickets through the black-market and to ensure compliance with the government Test and Trace scheme.

If you do not own a smart phone, please request an alternative method of entry below (season tickets must be requested no later than 1st August 2021). You will need to be logged in to your MyAlbion Digital account and will need to complete the process in full - once your request has been completed you will receive an email confirmation, if you do not receive an email within 24 hours please contact us.

You must then send:

  • a copy of your passport details page/photo driving license (unless under 12 years of age)
  • a separate, clear, picture of your face
to supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com along with your fan number within the next 7 days.

Once we have received your ID and photowe will email you to confirm. If you are purchasing match tickets please do not purchase tickets until you have heard from us that your application has been completed, as you will not be able to select the alternative method of ticket delivery until then, and we will not be able to amend your booking.
