Before you book

Register
If you have never registered as a disabled supporter with Albion supporter services you will need to do this first in order for us to set up your fan account. Please call 0344 324 6282 (option 6) or email supporter.services@bhafc.co.uk for details.

Login
Registered supporters must login on the website before selecting seats, in order to obtain the appropriate prices:
  • Click on the 'Login' panel on the home page.
  • Enter your fan number (this will be on your season card, if you have one, or will be on any email correspondence you have received from us.)

  • Click Sign In/Register on the top-right corner of the screen
  • Enter your fan number (this will be on your season card, if you have one, or will be on any email correspondence you have received from us).
  • Enter your password. If you do not know your password, or have not set one up, please click 'Forgot Password' and one will be emailed to you.
  • NB: If you do not receive an email within five minutes it is possible that we do not have an up-to-date email address for you. In this instance please call supporter services on 0344 324 6282 (option 6).

Ambulant Disabled Supporters: How to Book Away Matches


  • Choose 'Away Matches' from the on-screen menu:


  • For match-specific details about pricing etc., click 'More Info'.
  • When you are ready to purchase tickets, click the 'Buy' button on your chosen game.


Select Seats/Prices
  • NB: For away matches we are unable to display a seating plan, as our knowledge of the layout of the seating areas is limited. Choosing disabled price tickets does not necessarily guarantee that you will be allocated seats which meet your personal access needs. If you require specific advice on the seating location we suggest calling the Albion Booking Line on 0844 327 1901* (option 6).
  • IMPORTANT: Please check the 'Area' and 'Price Level' menus to see if there is a specific recommended area for disabled supporters.


  • Select the appropriate age price ticket(s), plus one Personal Assistant ticket per disabled supporter eg:


  • Tickets are limited to two tickets per fan number for disabled supporters (to include one for their personal assistant), or one ticket per fan number for all other supporters.
  • On the basket screen, if you have selected more than two tickets you will see an error message informing you that you need to assign seats to different owners:


  • For every Personal Assistant ticket you select you must select an Ambulant Disabled price ticket (eg 'Ambulant Disabled: Adult'). Otherwise you may see an error
  • Tap the warning symbol next to the ticket price for instructions:

  • Hover the mouse over the warning symbol next to the ticket price for instructions:


Proceed to Payment
  • Before payment you will be presented with the contact information we have on file for you. It is very important that you check that the postal address, email address and telephone number are up to date, as your credit/debit card receipt will be emailed to you, and tickets will be posted to you.
  • You are advised to read the Terms & Conditions of sale before completing your booking. Please be aware that once tickets are paid for they cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
  • Check the contents of your basket before clicking 'Submit':


Ambulant Disabled Supporters: How to Book Home Matches

  • Choose 'Home Matches' from the on screen menu:


  • For match-specific details about pricing etc, click 'More Info'.
  • When you are ready to purchase tickets, click the 'Buy' button on your chosen game.

  • NB due to screen size we are currently unable to display a seating plan on some mobile devices. For tablets try using the device in landscape orientation. For smart phones tickets will be allocated as best available.
  • Choosing disabled price tickets does not necessarily guarantee that you will be allocated seats which meet your personal access needs. If you require specific advice on the seating location we suggest calling the Albion Booking Line on 0844 327 1901* (option 6).
  • Select the appropriate age price ticket(s), plus one Personal Assistant ticket per disabled supporter eg:
  • On the seat plan, as a general rule the aisle is in the centre of the block. Seats on the outside of the block as they appear on the plan are generally adjacent to seats in the next block, or are next to a barrier.
  • Available seats are blue or green. Unavailable seats are red.
  • Click on the available seats and select the appropriate age price ticket(s), plus one Personal Assistant ticket per disabled supporter eg:


  • The maximum number of full price tickets per fan number depends on the match category, however for all games only one disabled price ticket and one personal assistant ticket can be booked per disabled supporter.
  • On the basket screen, depending on the number of tickets you have selected you may see an error message informing you that you need to assign seats to different owners:


  • For every Personal Assistant ticket you select you must select an Ambulant Disabled price ticket (eg 'Ambulant Disabled: Adult'). Otherwise you may see an error

Wheelchair User Supporters: How to Book Home Matches

  • When you are ready to purchase tickets, click the 'Buy' button on your chosen game.


Select Seats/Prices
  • On the stadium map select an area with the wheelchair access symbol:


    • Due to screen size we are currently unable to display a seating plan on some mobile devices. For tablets try using the device in landscape orientation. For smart phones tickets will be allocated as best available in your selected area.
    • IMPORTANT: Change the 'Price Level' in order to select seats in the wheelchair seating section of your selected area.
    • Select the appropriate age price ticket(s), plus one Personal Assistant ticket per disabled supporter.
    • It is not currently possible to purchase multiple wheelchair spaces on mobile devices in one transaction. For multiple wheelchair spaces please use a device with a larger screen, or call the booking line.
    • On the seat plan, as a general rule the aisle is in the centre of the block. Seats on either side of the block as they appear on the plan are generally adjacent to seats in the next block, or are next to a barrier.
    • Available wheelchair user spaces are highlighted with an exclamation mark. Please select one wheelchair space, and the adjacent seat for the personal assistant.
    • Unavailable seats are red.
    • Click on the available seats and select the appropriate age price ticket(s), plus one Personal Assistant ticket per disabled supporter.
